Billable rates for the country’s best litigation attorneys have skyrocketed over the past decade. Our goal is to provide the same high-quality lawyering at a best-in-class value, on flexible terms that meet our clients’ objectives. We welcome a variety of fee arrangements, including partial and pure contingency fees and flat monthly fees. With respect to fees, our guiding principles are fairness and predictability, and thus—although we can bill by the hour if requested—our preference is to align our interests with our clients’ by employing a success-based fee structure, or to use a fixed/flat fee that provides transparency and predictability to the cost of litigation.

Pure Contingency
Many clients wish to pursue litigation without incurring any of the associated costs. We often agree to work on cases without charging litigation fees in exchange for a percentage of any recovery.
Fixed & Flat Fees
Hourly billing is unpredictable and often results in surprisingly high bills and exceeded budgets. We welcome fixed/flat fees—including fixed monthly fees or project-based fees—that provide predictability to the cost of litigation.
Hourly Rates
Hourly rates may make sense for certain matters. Our rates depend on the particular matter, but in all cases are significantly lower than the rates charged by larger top-tier firms.
Success Contingency
We also welcome hybrid structures, where clients pay a discounted fixed or hourly fee plus an additional payment in the event of a milestone or successful outcome. This structure allows clients to lessen the up-front litigation costs.
